Efraim Chalamish

Dr. Efraim (Efi) Chalamish travels across the globe to lecture, provide high-level government counsel, educate and inspire. He is a professor of  international economic law at New York University and has an international legal practice in New York, Paris, and Israel on such issues as international arbitration disputes and energy and cross-border transactions for multinational clients. He has also served as a Global Fellow at New York University, exploring global governance of corporations and multilateral institutions, the intersection of business and national security, and global governance and financial regulation. His articles have been published in leading journals and magazines in the United States and Europe, and he is the founder and president of the Global Center for Economic Development and Security. When he isn’t travelling, teaching, or writing you will find him entertaining or being entertained by his three little girls: Ella, Amalia and Adele (twins).
